Kentwood Planning Commission Meeting

It is comprised of nine individuals who are responsible for the preparation and adoption of the master plan for the City, review of recommendation of action on changes in zoning and land use and review of development requests for new residential, commercial and industrial development

The Vibe: A Funderaiser For Kentwood Parks & Recreation
The 5th annual Vibe Fundraiser is on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Kent District Library – Kentwood (Richard L. Root) Branch from 6:30pm – 9:30pm. This year’s event will a be a backyard party with dinner, drinks, and live music featuring Main Street Dueling Pianos.
Funds raised at this year’s event will go towards growing our adaptive programs and purchasing new equipment. These programs empower members of our community with physical and developmental disabilities. Visit www.kentwoodvibe.com for more details. Kentwood Food Truck Festival

Veterans Memorial Park Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Thursday, June 10 from 5:30pm to 7:30 pm we’ll be hosting an open house with tours of Veteran’s Memorial Park, including a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 6pm. Come join me to see all the improvements.
